30-Day Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days.

Return Policy

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Eligible for Return:

  • Unused items in original packaging
  • Items with all original tags attached
  • Items returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Defective or damaged items (contact us within 48 hours)

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Used or washed items
  • Items without original packaging
  • Personalized or custom orders
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items marked as final sale

How to Return

Initiate Your Return

Email us at hello@petelle.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.

Receive Return Label

For domestic orders, we'll provide a prepaid return label. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Ship Your Return

Pack items securely in original packaging and drop off at any carrier location. Keep your tracking number for reference.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We're happy to help! For exchanges, please initiate a return and place a new order for the item you'd like. This ensures you get your new item as quickly as possible.

For defective items, we'll cover all shipping costs for exchanges. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect.

Refund Information

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive your return. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
