Yes. Petélle offers worldwide delivery. Available destinations and live shipping rates are presented at checkout once your address is entered.

In rare cases, local carrier restrictions may limit delivery to specific regions.

Once your order is confirmed, it enters our preparation queue. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and ship from our fulfillment center in New York.

You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Express: 2-3 Business Days — $14.95
International: 10-14 Business Days — Calculated at checkout

Orders below $75 will show shipping fees at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

+ Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, PO Boxes are accepted for standard shipping only. Express and international orders require a physical street address.

+ Can I cancel my order?

Yes — cancellations are possible within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, your order may already be in preparation.

Address changes are possible if your order has not yet dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible with the updated details.

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• With all original tags attached
• Returned within 30 days of delivery

Defective or damaged items may be returned — please contact us within 48 hours.

Yes. Sale items are returnable as long as they meet the same return conditions listed above.

For domestic orders, we'll provide a prepaid return label.

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping costs.

2. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps and a return label
3. Pack items securely in original packaging and drop off at any carrier location
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Yes — exchanges are possible when stock allows and return conditions are met.

For the fastest service, you may also place a new order for your preferred item while stock is available.

+ When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
